Wednesdays 4:00pm - Gentle Movement
This class will help end your day in a calming, peaceful way. Class will include some gentle yoga combined with supported postures to foster a quiet and meditative space within. All students are welcome to join this practice.
Sundays 10:00am - Release, Relax and Restore Sunday morning is sacred at Empower Yoga. This class invited students of all levels and abilities to practice in a safe, quiet and mindful space. We will be on the mat and moving slowly, using props for support and comfort, as we release tension and stress, relax deeply into ourselves and restore our energy, focus and spirit.
Private sessions with Robyn are a great choice if you need individual attention. Consider booking a session if you are:
